The company was incorporated in the Republic of Kenya under the certificate No. 135713 on 21st day of February 2007 and licensed as a Drilling Contractor License No.WD/DB 400/246 from Ministry of Water and Irrigation on 11th of May 2007.

Since its inception as a water resources development contractor, it has been responsible for the development of water supply facilities for both domestic, public water supplies, industrial and irrigation schemes for various clienteles such as Non Governmental Organizations, Parastatals, Government of Kenya and its agencies, an aspect indicative of its capability to carry out its mandate as a Water Resource Development Contractor.
