As a firm we are able to adjust the manpower requirement depending on the needs of the project. The project will be coordinated from the Head Office for purposes of ensuring that there is adequate supply of the necessary materials. We will have a Project Engineer at the head office whose duties will be to liaise with the different sites, the head office and the client’s office. For borehole drilling projects, we engage services of consulting hydro- geologists who serve as the Project Managers.

A site agent and or drilling supervisor will be attached to every site to ensure proper coordination of the construction activities. The site agent will be responsible for the proper execution of the works including safety of personnel and works.

Working under the Site Agent we will have a number of foremen as follows depending on the size of the project:

• Foreman in charge of civil and structural works
• Foreman in charge of Plant Operations
• Foreman in charge of pipe laying
• Site clerk in charge of office general issues

Under the foremen we will have the various tradesmen including plumbers, masons, carpenters, steel fixers, welders etc. The plumber placed on a particular job will depend on the requirement.
